Silver glue: The main manifestations are the poor viscosity of the silver glue, the expiration of the service life, and the storage conditions and thawing conditions that are inconsistent with the actual standards. Regarding the viscosity of silver glue, generally there will not be too many problems when it is put into production after project evaluation, but it does not mean that this kind of silver glue is good. If any defects are found, the project will be evaluated again. Other service life, storage conditions, thawing conditions, etc. are all controlled artificially. As long as the SOP is strictly followed, there will generally not be too many problems.
2. Reduce unfavorable human factors
1. Operators illegal operations: such as not wearing gloves, the silver glue goes online without thawing after being taken out of the refrigerator, and the operators not operating according to the SOP, or being unskilled in the operation of the machine, etc., will affect the quality of the die.
Preventive measures: foremen strengthen management, operators work according to SOPs, quality assurance personnel strengthen audits, strengthen education and training for unskilled personnel on machines, and are not allowed to officially start without a job certificate.
2. Improper adjustment of maintenance personnel: The countermeasure is to improve the technical level. For example, the height of the crystal taking, the height of the solid crystal, the height of the thimble, the setting of some delay time, the setting of the motor parameters, the setting of the table parameters, etc., all need to be adjusted to the best condition according to the standard.
3. Ensure that there will be no machine defects
The ASM automatic die bonder machine is mainly manifested in the impact of some parts or mechanical structure of the machine on the quality of the die caused by the poor understanding of the system. Be sure to ensure that all functions of the machine are normal.

4. The machine adjustment standards are inconsistent. For example: when adjusting the dispensing, the dispensing spring is pressed to death, and the dispensing head has no elasticity at all. As a result, it is useless to adjust the parameters. Another example is the adjustment of the hooks. If the upper and lower hooking and ejection displacements of the hooks are not adjusted according to the standard, it is easy to cause material running and deformation of the bracket. Another example is the pressure of the welding arm. If it is not adjusted according to the standard, it will also affect the quality of the die, and it will not be adjusted well if it is adjusted with parameters.
